Humans first came into contact with Stone Dragons in Ancient Greece, when stonemasons extracted marble from quarries. Stone Dragons, being shy of humans, would stay very still when they were approached. Confused stonemasons assumed they were intricately carved sculptures. Soon, other artists attempted their own marble works.	Very rarely, stonemasons would catch ancient Stone Dragons moving when they were pretending to be still. Some enterprising masons would slowly earn the trust of these dragons. The masons would encourage the dragons to stay very still, then sell the dragons to artisans and merchants. At nighttime, the dragons would fly back to the masons, and they'd pick a new mark the next week.

If your Stone Dragon has been lying in the sun all day, make sure to wear gloves before touching it. Its marble skin soaks up and retains heat extremely well, and you could find yourself with some nasty burns.	Epic Stone Dragons were so revered in ancient Greece that many architects planned colossal monuments around the statues, elevating them to great spiritual status. Grand tombs, theatres, and emporiums were constructed around stationary Epic Stone Dragons, making them the centerpiece of the design. To many architects' dismay, the dragons would fly off in the night, leaving them to commision another statue to take its place.

By purchase at the market for 500 [1].
By breeding a dragon that provides the Green color with a dragon that provides the White color. If a parent has the appropriate minor colors, missing requirements may also be added to the pool, even if neither parent has the originally required color types.
By breeding two pure Stone color dragons together (Stone only).
As a random single color result of breeding two pure Diamond color dragons together (Diamond only). This pairing may result in any currently available pure dragon of the Red, Green, Yellow, Blue, Purple, White, Pink,Black, Mythic, Cosmic, Fairytale, Stone, or Diamond color. Dragons that are not valid offspring, such ascrafted or goal dragons, cannot emerge from this pairing.
By breeding two parents that collectively contribute only the Stone and Diamond colors.

When the Stone color is alone in the color pool, it will add pure dragons of its component colors (Green andWhite) to the list of possible outcomes, but it will not split into its component colors. When Stone is included in the color pool along with one or more other colors, the Stone color can split into Green and White. However, if it is split, then Stone is no longer in the pool for the duration. Thus, the presence of Stone in a pool will either add the Stone color if it does not split or the Green and White colors if it does split.
When considering hybrids of the Stone color whose other colors are all split color components of Stone(Green and White), the Stone color may contribute both Stone and its split colors (Green and White) if both parents have the Stone color. Currently, no hybrids of this kind are available. Keep in mind that the Stone color will not split if it is alone in the pool, so you must use at least one Stone hybrid as a parent if you want to take advantage of this method.
Although the Stone color can split into Green and White for breeding purposes, it still only counts as one color. This is important when considering the number of colors for color-amount-dependent dragons such as the Diamond Dragon. Breeding a Stone Dragon with a Coral Dragon only counts as three colors: Stone, Blue, and Purple.

The 石龍's design is based upon the Fairy Dragon's, although there are differences between the two.
